ARUBA MARRIOTT
"My friend and I just spent six nights at the Aruba Marriott (second visit for us), and I must tell you that the room we stayed in on both visits was THE BEST hotel room I've ever stayed in! The view, of course, is stunning. But the room itself is just fabulous! The design of the room, bathroom, dressing area and walk-in closet minimized the noise from adjoining rooms (often a problem in most hotels we've stayed in). The furniture, the mattress and bed linens, the decor - all first rate! It was well worth the money!

Anyway, I just thought you might want to get some positive feedback from a very satisfied customer. We travel a lot, and often stay in Marriott brand hotels because we know what to expect. However, the Marriott Aruba goes WAY above any other Marriott or other brand that we have visited."

CURAÇAO
"We love the Curacao Marriott Beach Resort! This was our third stay there, and my husband and I hope to get back sometime soon. It's a little piece of paradise. The property is gorgeous and the staff is all genuinely friendly and helpful -- not what you find in many Caribbean locations. The resort is so relaxing and beautiful, I didn't even want to leave it to visit other parts of the island. But we did venture into town, which is safe, clean, and totally charming -- with boats going through its swinging bridge, old Dutch architecture, and waterfront shops and restaurants. The Marriott offers free shuttles into town twice a day. During a previous visit to Curacao, we toured the island and checked out other hotels -- the Marriott is the best by far.

The Marriott has a wide variety of restaurants -- from gourmet luxury to a beachfront bar/grill, and even an inexpensive little deli from which you can take out sandwiches, salads and snacks. You can swim up to the beachfront bar from the pool to enjoy lunch or a drink. The pool is large and magnificent -- sprawls into lots of nooks to explore. Kids of all ages had fun in it, but it never felt crowded. I especially appreciate all the tiki huts and umbrellas on the beach and the pool area, since I'm not supposed to be exposed to much sun. Sunset was a special time -- each evening we paused to enjoy it from the beach, the pool, or one of the large hot tubs.

The Curacao Marriott provides all I hope for from a Caribbean vacation. Everyone seems to enjoy it -- from couples young and old, to multi-generation families with children. Can't wait 'til we go back!"

"My wife and I recently completed a week long trip to the resort. It was the best vacation that either of us had ever been on. Portofino restaurant is beyond comparison as a fine dining experience. The workers at the hotel are wonderful and very friendly. Three workers that stood out to us are Glenda at Portofino's, Elvis at Seabreeze, and Angelo at Seabreeze. "My wife and I travel extensively and typically stay in the Four Seasons or St. Regis properties. I enjoy these properties because of the level of service – it’s consistent and sincere…..

From check-in, we were greeted by Junko. She was professional, friendly and responsive. Each time I needed clarity or assistance, Junko was available. She provided the level of service I’ve only experienced at the Four Seasons. During a conversation, I mentioned we were here celebrating my wife’s birthday. Upon returning to our room that evening, we had a cake prepared specifically for my wife. Finally, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with her ability to communicate and her willingness to serve. If I could, I’d hire her myself. I’ll be back to Cancun within the next 6 months and yes, I will be staying at the JW – Club 91."

"The Renaissance warrants a big congratulations. When we pulled in the grounds were excellent. Front desk was prompt, helpful and friendly. Room was great from the standpoint of being ready but also from the standpoint of being a great room and housekeeping had it in great shape. The staff on our floor was extremely courteous and friendly anytime we went in or out of the room. We ate on property several times with wonderful results each time.

I had an opportunity to deal with several people at the concierge desk and again was very pleased. I thought they exhibited a high level of skill in that regard. They were also very knowledgeable about the island and put us on some great things to do and wonderful places to eat.

It is often the little things like that which separate a really good place from a really wonderful, world class establishment. The general attitude of the island, as you know is really good and the Renaissance was a standout in a group that is already darn good. They have my thanks, which they very much deserve."

I wish I could remember the individual who was so nice and helpful at the Concierge desk. I am embarrassed I cannot remember her name. She was so nice. Every time she would see me walk by her desk, she would always say hello, and ask, "How are you?" The individual, who was so kind, is young, slender, with a copper tone complexion.

"I couldn't let this exquisite Wedding Week go by without putting pen to paper to properly thanking you for all your enormous energy, coordination, talent, taste, level of excellence and truly made Melissa & Ryan's Wedding Magical! The Floating Chiffon thru the wooden gazebo ('Chupa’) the Ivory Chairs (covered so beautiful & placed so perfectly on the beach), The flowers on the bridge posts, the carpet on the sand! And the charm of your Island to complete the picture with the sunset filtering thru the Palm Trees, the pink flamingos. When we walked back to the reception, the bridge was linked in lights, the tall arch of lights, all the palms lit, tiki torches, Superb dinner, a dance floor in the middle of the sand!!. Your band was sensational and set the tone for the happiest reception! We danced our asses off, we laughed, we cried, the sound system was incredible and we loved all the speeches given for the newly weds and Ryan whaling on his saxophone, and all the love in the air!!!

The following morning again, to top it of the turquoise bow ties on the chair covers to match the ocea . Amazing marvelous memories we will cherish for a lifetime!"

"You need to know you have a very special young women working
for you at this Resort. Her name is Manon Klaver, and she is a wedding planner, and much more. We arranged with her our forty year renewal of vows, which she handeled flawlessly. At the time of our visit the Houston airport was closed and no local Continental people were very helpful, but Manon went out of her way, on her own time to give all the help she could, even driving me out to the airport to try to resolve our problem. These are the customer service people that all companys hope for and you have her. SO TO HER, JOB WELL DONE."

ST. KITTS
"We have traveled all around the islands but this was our first trip to St. Kitts. Although the island itself, is very small, your hotel was the finest we have ever stayed at. You definitely have the best location on the island. Our room looked out over the ocean and the pool and was decorated just beautifully. The room service was super. We only ate three dinners outside of the hotel and they were wonderful but the food in the hotel was better... We are hoping to go back to St. Kitts this time next year. Actually, we are already planning on it!"
