An additional meeting area, the West Indies Board Room, is perfect for small meetings of up to 12 people. The Island Room conference rooms provide 8 additional breakout rooms or two large meeting rooms capable of hosting up to 100 people in each.

The resort’s professional and knowledgeable on-site Event Management Department is prepared to plan all aspects of a meeting program. The resort assigns a dedicated Event Manager to each meeting and conference to ensure effective utilization of facilities, catered functions, theme parties, special events, group reservations, audiovisuals, transfers, activities, etc.
An on-site Presentation Services audiovisual team offers equipment, theme lighting and other technical services for group presentations.
The state-of-the-art conference services include: fully-equipped business center and audio/visual department; high fidelity sound system; videotape; film and computer program ready; rheostat-controlled stage lighting in the ballroom; custom data port capabilities; and video-conferencing capability.
The Executive Express Business Center assists the leisure or business traveler with services, rentals and equipment for parcel mail, facsimile, word processing, e-mail, PCs, photocopying, printing, design services, office supplies and return shipping of materials.
Event Managers work one-on-one with meeting planners to organize programs and plan meetings for any size group. A varied selection of customized menus and theme nights are available.
