Complimentary room, rebate and attrition offer for the Marriott Connect in the Caribbean Promotion are limited to participating Marriott Hotels & Resorts, JW Marriott, Renaissance Hotels in the Caribbean.

• To be eligible for 1 complimentary room for every 35 rooms actualized and 35% attrition rate, qualifying meeting must consist of at least 50 cumulative paid room nights.
• To be eligible for additional rebate equal to 5% of total revenue, qualifying booking must consist of at least 100 cumulative paid room nights.
• Rebate, which will be applied to final master bill, does not apply to any surcharges, gratuities, taxes or third-party charges.
• Not valid with any room blocks or meetings currently booked, under negotiation or that have already occurred.
• Planner is responsible for disclosure to their client of any incentives received and is responsible for compliance with any client or employer gift or incentive policy that may apply.
• Offer valid on new contracts only that are booked by December 30, 2012 and actualized by identified need dates in 2012 and 2013.
• The contact must sign a contract with the hotel on behalf of the group to govern the terms of the meeting ("Sales Contract"). The details of the incentives selected by the group must be identified and described in the Sales Contract.
• The terms of this offer shall not be interpreted to modify the terms of the Sales Contract. Whether to book a meeting is at the discretion of the hotel and is subject to availability and other factors at time of booking.
• Availability and terms of offer will be confirmed during contract sales process. Blackout dates may apply for special events. Groups booked and contracted through QuickGroup^SM on Marriott.com are not eligible for this promotion.
