Day One:
Renaissance Aruba welcome greeters meet your group at the airport to help answer any questions and speed up the check-in process before you even get to the resort. Upon arrival at Renaissance Aruba they receive an enthusiastic welcome reception at the Crystal Theatre and watch the spectacular Aruba Panorama — a cinematic introduction to one of the most unique destinations in the world. A brass band then leads your group across the street to Festival Plaza where they are welcomed with for outdoor cocktails and an ocean view private dinner.
Day Two:
The day begins with breakfast at Aquarius, the newly renovated, upscale restaurant in the Marina Hotel lobby. Next, your group will have a tour of the resort, where they will experience firsthand the Renaissance Convention Center, and they will receive a short overview on the different offerings at Renaissance Aruba.
After seeing the resort grounds, your group will have time to relax and soak up the Caribbean sun while feeding the roaming iguanas on Renaissance Island, the resort's private 40-acre island. Guests looking for some adventure may choose to explore the island in kayaks. Spa treatments conclude the daytime activities at the Okeanos Spa, an exclusive spa cove that provides guests with treatments in a hideaway among mangrove trees and cocoa palms. The night festivities begin with drinks at Blue, a chic outdoor martini bar, followed by dinner. The Let's Go Latin show followed by a night in the casino is the perfect ending to the day.
Day Three:
Your group enjoys breakfast at their leisure, followed by a morning snorkeling excursion — the perfect way to explore Aruba's famous shipwrecks. After lunch at Solè, everyone will have time to relax, free to explore the resort on their own.
That night, with the sand between their toes, your group is sure to love our signature event — Barefoot Elegance. Guests will be whisked away by water launch to Renaissance Island, where a truly unforgettable experience awaits with strolling violinists and enchanting red carpets. After being served award-winning cuisine by an attentive staff, your guests are invited to dance the night away on the starlit sands.
Day Four:
The day starts with a picturesque private breakfast on the Ocean Suites beach. After breakfast, guests venture out and explore the real Aruba on an ATV and Jeep Safari tour around the island.
Your group will enjoy a relaxing afternoon of shopping or spa treatments before heading off to the "Farewell Dinner" and awards ceremony. A delightful reception at the Festival Plaza begins the safari-themed evening, followed by a dinner, dancing and a slide show highlighting the week's adventures. The convention center has been transformed into a jungle safari complete with palms, exotic plants, and animal shadows dancing along the walls. Guests indulge in hors d' oeuvres and sway to the music of a three-piece jazz band while sipping cocktails in front of the beautiful Aruban sunset. Your group will be amazed by native dance performances called Tambu and a Limbo show, with real fire! Then it's your group's turn to show off dance moves on our grand dance floor to the beat of the best party band on the island.
Day Five:
After breakfast at their leisure, the group departs Renaissance Aruba Report & Casino and returns home feeling relaxed and rejuvenated — ready to come back soon!
