Day One:
Our experienced team will greet your group at the airport and guide you to our resort. Guests will enjoy a warm welcome with refreshing cocktails and snacks, and will be escorted to a private registration area to check in while listening to soft Mexican music.

That evening, enjoy a Mexican fiesta. We’ll introduce your guests to Mexico with delicious Mexican hors d’oeuvres and a shot of tequila in a souvenir clay cup. A mariachi band sets the mood.

Day Two:
The day starts with a leisurely private breakfast at Oceanside at Las Casitas. Then get ready for our Cardboard Boat Regatta, the perfect team-building activity combining skill, strategy … and a lot of luck! This wacky event challenges teams to build floatable boats out of cardboard and race them in the pool. While rewards come to the most successful team, fond memories last for everyone.

Sunset is the ideal setting for our next selection of activities — a series of engaging cultural classes where guests will learn something fun and new, from Mexican dancing and Spanish language to margarita cocktail mixing, cooking or cigar rolling. After sunset, your group will enjoy a formal chef-hosted dinner at the beautiful Mikado, where tempting flavors and specialties of Japanese and Thai cuisine mix in a soothing Asian ambiance.

Day Three:
Start the day with a plentiful breakfast buffet at La Estancia, followed by our friendly — and funny — Burro Polo competition in the hotel garden. After that, a relaxing visit to the Health Club renews the group’s energy with pampering spa treatments.

For lunch, Champion’s Restaurant awaits. Guests will enjoy a pre-set menu with a choice of tasty sandwiches, delicious specialties and desserts. Later on, a shopping shuttle will take your group to Puerto Vallarta’s lively and colorful Old Town district. There, guests will find a wide array of shopping treasures — Mexican handcrafted silver jewelry, hand-blown glass, unique pottery and casual “manta” cotton clothing. The day concludes with a visit to the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, one of the landmarks of Puerto Vallarta, and a relaxing stroll by the “Malecon” boardwalk, where various artists show their wares. That evening, the group grazes at a “dine around” of the town’s best restaurants.

Day Four:
Guests spend the day any way they choose, enjoying the many activities and attractions offered at CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa — golf within walking distance from the hotel, a catamaran snorkeling cruise, whale watching, diving, deep-sea fishing or parasailing. Or they can explore the Sierra Madre jungle with its lush vegetation and colorful tropical flowers, crystal clear rivers, hidden waterfalls and exotic wildlife.

A wonderful BBQ lunch served poolside is followed by afternoon downtime. Then it’s off to our Beach Olympics, featuring a water balloon toss, treasure hunt, beach volleyball and watermelon-eating contest, capped with an awards ceremony.

Our final night event starts with a Sea Splendor Farewell Reception in the ballroom, decorated in an enchanting sea motif. Your group’s gourmet dinner is followed by dancing to a Mariachi band. Two big screens feature a slide show highlighting the week’s events.

Day Five:
Guests awaken to an oceanside breakfast, then a speedy checkout with our friendly staff, lined up for a farewell salute —“Hasta la Vista!,” “Adios Amigos!” and our best wishes for a pleasant return.
