Day One:
Our team warmly greets your group in the spacious ballroom foyer, where expedited registration is accompanied by refreshing aloe fruit punch. Now’s the perfect time for guests to register for the spa treatments and island activities that will make their stay extra-special.

A sumptuous buffet and tropical music highlight the evening’s welcome reception. Guests enjoy fresh seafood on ice, a tenderloin carving station and fruity island cocktails, while a local hand-rolls fresh Aruban cigars.

Day Two:
Your group enjoys a big breakfast on the North Beach Deck, overlooking the ocean. We’ll reserve some meeting time in the morning, followed by lunch and a free afternoon for you guests to experience the amenities Aruba Marriott offers. Guest will have plenty of time to cool-off in the lagoon-style pool or indulge in a massage at the Mandara Spa. For dinner, we’ll transport you to the California Lighthouse at the northern tip of the island where your group will dine at the renowned El Faro Blanco restaurant with views of the sandy dunes and sea.

Day Three:
Your group is given the chance to explore the wonders of Aruba. Take in our unique culture with a tour of the island, go shopping downtown or relax at the pool, beach or spa. As the day winds down, guest prepare for the night’s festivities. Haute cuisine is on the menu this evening at the L.G. Smith restaurant downtown. Then it’s around the corner for “Let’s Go Latin,” a spectacular show full of dance and music!

Day Four:
After breakfast, your group engages in a series of beachside team-building activities including treasures hunts and friendly competitions. The rest of the afternoon is spent making the most of our lovely island. There are organized jeep tours, nature hikes, salsa lessons or a refreshing cocktail on the shores of our sugar-sand beaches. That evening, guests join us for "Island Fever" on their final night in Paradise. This oceanside, tropical-themed gathering includes delicious cocktails, freshly caught Caribbean seafood and a steel drum band. An awards ceremony is the highlight of the festivities—then your guests spend the rest of the evening dancing the night away!

Day Five:
Relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated, your group will no doubt be a little sad to leave its magical island retreat. Our staff gathers to bid farewell as your group departs, full of lasting memories of their remarkable Aruban retreat.
