Day One:
Your group gets an enthusiastic welcome at the hotel entrance and is led into our cool, Caribbean ballroom—complete with piñatas, sombreros and other Mexican adornment—where they check in over fresh margaritas, lemonade, guacamole, chips and salsa. Guests are then free to explore the property’s many amenities, including two pools, a picturesque beachfront and a wealth of spa services. That evening, a welcome reception rocks the Seaside Garden as the sun sets over the sea. A mariachi band gets everyone going as they indulge in lobster, shrimp, prime beef and an open bar. Your group concludes the evening with the “Let’s Go Mayan” stage show, giving guests an exhilarating evening of Mexican culture.
Day Two:
Guests begin their first full day with a private breakfast at Tulum Terrace and enchanting views of the ocean and lagoon. Later in the morning, your group stops for a snorkel en route to Isla Mujeres, an authentic fishing village. While exploring Isla Mujeres, the group enjoys an island lunch and all kinds of activities, including a windswept sail, with massage therapists along for tranquil on-board treatments. Our dinner dine-around gives guests a taste of the authentic culinary flavors that Cancun offers at its finest and most popular establishments.
Day Three:
Morning is spent at your guests’ leisure—indulging in a massage at our world-class, Mayan spa; relaxing on our breathtaking beach; enjoying a leisurely round of golf; or checking out our certified diving pool. After a casual barbeque lunch, guests participate in the action-packed Beach Olympics to build team spirit, with prizes for winners and a steel-drum band for extra entertainment. In the evening, the group ships out on Captain Hook’s Pirate Boat for a thrilling ocean adventure complete with a savory lobster dinner and pirate show.
Day Four:
A free day lets guests enjoy the magic of Cancun and its intriguing surroundings. Deep-sea fishing will get your guests’ adrenaline pumping, while a jungle and snorkel tour gets them up close and personal with the exotic creatures of Cancun. Perhaps exploring the ruins of Chichen Itza will satisfy your group’s curiosity, or guests can unwind in our very own 35,000-square-foot spa—the endless possibilities are sure to satisfy every traveler. For their final evening in Cancun, guests meet up at the pool for an “Under the Sea” event — cocktails and hors d’oeuvres followed by a sumptuous five-course dinner... and the evening doesn’t stop there. Guests will dance to a live band, reminisce over a video recap of all the trip’s adventures and celebrate the fantastic week with an awards ceremony.
Day Five:
