Day One:
Freshly prepared tropical fruit punch awaits your guests as we warmly welcome them to the group lobby for satellite check-in upon arrival.

After a little down time to stroll the grounds, unpack and freshen up, a Welcome Beach Party sets the evening's mood with colorful décor, fragrant flowers and tiki torches—your group's very own Calypso Night with the captivating Caribbean Sea providing the perfect backdrop. Caribbean lobster tails and Mexican beef leave guests more than satisfied. Your group will feel the sand between their toes as a lively dance band kicks up a beat – a great way to set the tone for the week to come!

Day Two:
Start the day with breakfast at the open-air Caribbean Fountains, where guests enjoy enticing views of the pool and ocean. A full day of meeting events is scheduled according to your group's goals. Use the beautiful Maya Ballroom for large groups, or split into smaller groups for simultaneous break-outs. Enjoy a coffee break in our newly decorated foyer. Midday, a lunch buffet at the Tulum Terrace provides a tasty excuse to pause and regroup.

In the evening, we'll gather everyone for a cocktail in our new Lobby Bar, then enjoy a "dine-around" at our five celebrated resort restaurants. There's ambiance and cuisine for everyone's inclinations— Italian, Mexican, Thai, Argentinean and, of course, the Champions Sports Bar!

Day Three:
After a leisurely breakfast, guests choose from a variety of midday tours and activities, from deep-sea fishing, horseback riding and jungle jaunts, to shopping and city tours. If they choose to stay at the resort, guests relax by the beach, with Latin music and games provided by our first-class recreation team.

Early afternoon, we'll meet in the lobby for an exotic adventure—dinner in authentic Mayan caves by the entrance to Playa del Carmen, an hour from Cancun. Catered and served by resort staff, your group will always remember this once-in-a-lifetime treat.

Day Four:
Guests enjoy a delightful breakfast overlooking the lagoon at Mikado Terrace, amid fresh breezes and softly filtered sun. After the morning's closing meeting, your group laughs their way through a beachside scavenger hunt custom-developed by our meeting staff. A lunch buffet is served shoreside at the Bahia Restaurant, where scavenger hunt winners are announced with much fanfare.

As the sun sets, we'll get together in the Maya Ballroom foyer for cocktails and a farewell feast. Costumed Mayan dancers capture the group’s attention with a primitive seashell trumpet and guide guests on an incense-lit path into the beautiful ballroom, transformed into a Mayan temple for an elegant five-course dinner. A live dance band provides the evening’s entertainment and guests participate in a spirited awards ceremony highlighting the week’s adventures—an extraordinary ending to a memorable meeting.

Day Five:
After breakfast, we say goodbye to your group, wishing them safe travels home and knowing they're taking lasting recollections of their incredible Cancun adventure. Until next time!
